Resilient seated gate valves are gate valves with an elastomer lined wedge.
They are especially used for wastewater, drinking water supply and irrigation.
We cover an extensive range in stock up to DN800 and bigger sizes on demand. Body, bonnet and ISO bracket are epoxy coated FBE 250µm to protect against corrosion.

Materials and Construction
✔ Body, bonnet, and wedge made of ductile iron EN GJS 400-15 according to EN 1563
✔ Wedge coating in vulcanized EPDM rubber according to EN 681-1 WA
✔ Seals and O-rings in EPDM rubber, compliant with EN 681-1 WA
✔ Stem made of stainless steel EN 1.4021 (AISI 420)
✔ Body/bonnet connection secured with galvanized steel fasteners (grade 8.8), fully corrosion-protected
✔ All materials, including lubricants, comply with EN 1074-1 and EN 1047-2 standards for potable water
Protection and Coating
✔ Internal and external protection with fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating, blue RAL 5005, thickness 250μm
