Precision Machined for Superior Sealing & Longevity

Fully machined two-piece body – Ensures perfect flatness and reduces operating forces, extending the valve's service life.

Elimination of internal leakage – The body halves are precisely machined and sealed with an O-ring, preventing any fluid circulation between the two parts.

Protected & replaceable seat – Each valve features a bolted retaining ring that secures the seat gasket, preventing dislodgment even with highly loaded fluids. Maintenance is greatly simplified as the seat can be replaced without complete valve disassembly.

Available with a bonneted version: For the most sensitive applications where the fluid must not come into contact with the atmosphere.


Modularity & Adaptability to Extreme Environments

Wide range of sealing materials – Elastomers, PTFE with dynamic seals, or metallic seats with compensation systems for tight shutoff, even at high temperatures and pressures.

Simplified maintenance – Seat replacement can be performed without fully dismantling the valve, optimizing plant downtime.
